For most 16-year olds, the future is filled with hope. For Kayden Stephenson, however, he's already been told what the future holds. At 18-months, he was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. Though treatments have improved, doctors still believe his life expectancy is 35 at most.
Kayden refuses to let the diagnosis keep him from achieving his dreams, though. He says it's forced him to do everything he wants to do NOW, because tomorrow might not come. The judges fell in love with this young man, and I did too!
