Naps are, quite possibly, the greatest thing ever. They're perfect for recharging your brain, giving your body a little bit of much-needed rest, and they're just so darned comfy. But you know what's better than just plain old naps? Naps with your baby sister and your lovable dog!
When mom and blogger Jessica Shyba began sharing photos of her toddler Beau napping adorable with their new puppy Theo on her blog, Momma's Gone City, back in 2013, the Internet exploded with love and appreciation from all angles. The photos became an instant hit and Shyba's popularity went through the roof.
Since that time, Shyba has become a blogger for Huffington Post and has amassed nearly half-a-million Instagram followers who wait with bated breath to see the latest nap-time snuggle between Theo and Beau.
Well, now there's a new twist to the Theo and Beau pictures in the form of a beautiful baby girl named Evangeline! Little Evvie, as Shyba calls her in her Instagram captions, has taken to napping with her big brother and her puppy brother in the cutest way possible. Now Shyba's fans are even more enamored with the naps than ever!

"The family that naps together..." Shyba writes.
Shyba told Huffington Post that, "[Evangeline] is still a little confused by Theo, but she seems to find his kisses and attention to be affectionate."
"The puppy is the happiest of all in this scenario," writes Shyba on this Instagram photo.
"Introducing Evangeline to a nap schedule has been something I’ve waited for," Shyba writes on her blog, "looking for consistency and following her cues. It seems that right about when she turned four months old, she started presenting a bit of her own routine. I’ve timed it as much as I can to coincide with Beau and Theo’s naps so that they’re all on a similar schedule, but it hasn’t been until the last week or so that they’ve really seemed to find their groove."
They all look SO comfortable together!
"I've been really surprised each time I've gotten all three to nap together," she told Huffington Post, "but it seems like once they fall asleep they all sleep better with someone close to them."
"They played dress up with big sis all morning," writes Shyba.
"Evangeline is the first to go to sleep, and after she’s sleeping I’m able to sit with Beau while he and Theo fall asleep," Shyba writes on Momma's Gone City. "Once the are both out, I bring Evvie in a little closer because honestly, they all sleep better when there’s another warm body and soft heartbeat right there next to them."
"Three, it's a magic number," she writes on Instagram.
"This year is gearing up to be one of the very best yet," Shyba writes. "I am just so completely honored and grateful to be right here, right now, witnessing this magic every day for myself and watching as these three bring us all together in the simplest, sweetest, most peaceful way possible."
