An officer's duty to protect and serve is never done! When an Eau Claire Police Officer saw a duck family in trouble, he did what every good cop should do… but don't always get the chance to!
The cop pulled over his cruiser when he saw the sweet mama and her babies and stopped traffic to guide them across the street. The ducks were escorted to safety and went on their merry way. There's no doubt in my mind that this could have ended very badly if not for the quick and noble police work of this unknown officer.
