When one of their hens left a nest of three eggs and didn't come back, they decided to check out the eggs. Two of them had nothing in them, but when they examined the third egg, they saw a crack in it. Instead of assuming the chick inside was dead and throwing it out, they helped it hatch by peeling the shell back and freeing tiny newborn inside! After carefully drying it with a hair dyer and placing the chick with another nest of chicks, the baby recovered!
What a good message about never giving up, and always giving things a chance!
