They Say He Was The Smartest Parrot Ever Studied, And I Completely Agree! Amazing!

Alex the parrot was one of the smartest parrots ever studied – and he really was studied – working with PhD Irene Pepperberg, a psychologist from Brandeis and Harvard. Alex knew over 100 words, and could accurately describe colors, materials, and desires. Some people said he even understood what love was.

Sadly, Alex died in 2007 at the age of 31, but he proves that given the right circumstances, animals can really surprise us! Please SHARE this amazing bird!
