The Toulambi are from New Guinea, and supposedly, before explorer and filmmaker Jean-Pierre Dutilleux arrived close to their village, had never seen a white person before. To them, he was some kind of alien, or ghost, and watching the video you can clearly see just how fearful and stunned they are to come across him. But the best part is how, over time, they warm up to Jean-Pierre and eventually even shake his hand.
