This bear cub, Tahoe, is rehabbing at Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care in South Lake Tahoe after she was dropped off on the doorstep of the BEAR League in Homewood. They have no idea where she came from or who dropped her off, but apparently her rehab is going well and she’s really happy.
The noise she’s making is called chortling. It’s similar to a purr and what baby bears do when they’re content. Please SHARE so we can find out what happened to Tahoe and who rescued her!
