They Record This New Mom While She Sleeps. What They Find? I’m Shocked.

A new study has revealed that many parents are ignoring guidelines and allowing their infants to sleep with extra unnecessary bedding, which puts their babies at additional risk for Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). According to the police officer in the video you're about to see, every year more than 50% of infant deaths are due to unsafe sleep environments.

New parents naturally want to spend their time with and be as close to their newborns as humanly possible — but along with this desire can come great risks. Parents, as difficult as it can be, must  follow the ABC Rules for Sleeping Babies:

A- Babies need to sleep Alone.

B- Babies need to sleep on their Back.

C- Babies need to sleep in their own Crib.

Hollywood Life says, "To add to the soft bedding warning, researches also found that one of the most dangerous things an infant — specifically three months old or younger — can do is sleep in a “shared bed.” This means parents should not be allowing their infants to fall asleep in their beds with them, because it could easily result in the baby suffocating. Parents looking to find more information and guidelines about the dangers of SIDS and how to avoid a tragic accident can read ChildrensNational.org."
