This Poor Dog Was Terrified, But What These Men Did Completely Lifted My Spirit!

Sheesh. Is there anything more heartbreaking than hearing a frightened dog whimper? That’s the noise these two Romanian men heard coming from a water drainage system a few days ago. I’m so thankful they went out of their way to help!

In the two days since this video posted, it’s already been seen by over half a million people.
