Billy is a small chihuahua mix who was rescued from an abusive puppy mill in North Carolina. When Adam of the Humane Society found Billy, his cage was rusted shut. It's very likely he had been in there since he was born. Missing half his jaw and in extremely poor health, Billy was a survivor who brought joy to his rescuers!

Adam could not let Billy go and became his very best friend. Their story melted my heart! Now, Billy is a poster pup for all the dogs trapped in puppy mills. You can help make a difference by sharing his story!
