Animals Can Be Brave For Each Other, Too

One day in Los Angeles, it began to thunder and lightning like the dickens.

That part of the country really doesn't get that much rain. So when they do? Everyone panics!

No one seems to remember how to drive. No one wants to go outside. And cats and dogs are scared of the unfamiliar, loud noises.

One pet owner came home to find quite the sight. The dog was huddled up on the couch with her paw around a tiny, scared kitten. Both of them looked quite scared, but it's clear that Poochie was putting on a brave face for the sake of her tiny friend.

It's pretty common knowledge that pets get anxious in thunderstorms. They don't understand what the threatening sound is, and they assume danger is afoot. If your dog or even your cat gets extra anxious during thunderstorms, and you think you may need some assistance, you can always talk to your veterinarian about solutions.

Some Redditors thought that perhaps Pooch was more scared than Kitty.

Some hoped the pup would get repaid after the scary storm had passed.

Some even had wise words.

But would you just look at these two being brave together?
