Imagine not ever making a mortgage payment again. Pretty appealing, right? That's one of the main motivations for what's been called the tiny house revolution. People are downsizing their lives and moving into cottage-sized abodes.
Sounds pretty cool…but how small is too small?
Check out three of the TINIEST dwellings out there…and let us know if you'd move into them to simplify your life and save big money!

This cottage was built in the 1960s in Montecito, CA. It's square footage is roughly 500 square feet.

The pint-sized artist's retreat was just over $1,100 to build.

The Morrisons built this tiny modern dwelling for just $33,000 including appliances!

This stylish cabin is roughly 200 square feet - less than half the size of the cottage we posted earlier!

Because the Morrison's home is so small, every inch counts. There's a place for everything, and everything has a place.

But the record for tiny living spaces in America is held by THIS guy, who lives in a 78 square foot "mini-studio" in Midtown Manhattan. It's pretty hard to imagine what that looks like, so check out the video below to see just how he does it!
