Michael Jackson's fun to watch, sure. But take a look at the little prince in the video below and he'll have you believing we've got a new dance king in our near future.
This little man is dressed to the nines that channels something very Michael-esque in his famous video for his 1988 "Smooth Criminal" single. Clad in a fedora and mini tux (adorably too long for his little legs), this kid hears the intro to the song and immediately springs up to dance with fancy footwork that even most adults struggle to master. He keeps it smooth for the majority of the video's beginning, doing something that appears to be a cross between the moonwalk and the electric slide, until about 1:45, when he full on breaks out in a breakdance routine. It's an absolute must-see.
So considering this kid is taking the web by storm, this has been one heck of a week for little kids serving up dance routines worthy of sharing. Just yesterday a kid won our hearts with his rendition of "Cuban Pete" that put all of its prior performers to shame (I'm looking at you Jim Carrey and Desi Arnaz). May these kids never stop dancing.
