When Cody prepared for his proposal to Amberlie, his girlfriend for the past six years, he took the time to craft the perfect set of rings for her with his own two hands. The engagement ring and wedding band were custom made to fit perfectly together — just like the two lovebirds.
While keeping it hidden from her for about a month, Cody gathered a few of their closest friends to plot the most romantic way to pop the question. They all decided on a group hiking trip with their friend Tyson J. Henderson recording the whole thing.
Cody admits it was pretty difficult to keep Amberlie from uncovering their plans before they made it to the perfect spot.
His nerves were growing higher with each step they took surrounded by the beautiful natural scenery.
As soon as he heard the waterfalls rushing in the distance, Cody confessed to the camera how anxious he truly was, something he totally wasn't expecting.
Of course, he had nothing to worry about with Amberlie immediately agreeing when he got down on one knee near the gorgeously rushing waters.
Unfortunately, with all of his nerves and adrenaline running high, he accidentally dropped the wedding band before he could even get the engagement ring around her finger!
