Plans for what will be the world's tallest roller coaster were unveiled — and it will make your stomach churn! In a four-minute simulation video, the "Skyscraper" climbs 570ft. before plummeting down around a tower. The ride will twist, loop and dive, taking passengers on a terrifying ride!
The roller coaster's creators have created a point-of-view animation of it, putting you in the front seat as it twists and winds its way around.
"Skyscraper will not only take riders higher than ever before, but also introduce one thrill right after the next — there's no 'down time' on this four-minute coaster experience," Michael Kitchen, president of US Thrill Rides, said in a press release. "It is an absolute cutting-edge engineering marvel that will deliver pure adrenaline unlike any roller coaster in the world today."
Developers expect to break ground in 2015 and open for business in 2017. Would you ever ride this?!
