On LittleThings' Facebook Live show Slice, we invite the bravest and most innovative members of the food industry to create unique recipes in just 20 minutes.
This week, we invited Slice alum chef Eliana Goldman to take on the challenge. In the past, Eliana used her culinary skills to transform leftover chicken parmesan into an entirely new dish. And in this week's episode, she will be showcasing her skills on the grill!
Eliana is constantly creating new recipes and experimenting with food on her website, The Whole ELchilada. Though her path to the kitchen was slightly unorthodox, Eliana eventually found her way to the International Culinary Center in New York City, where she learned the cooking skills she will be demonstrating today.
When Eliana isn't blogging, she teaches children's cooking classes at Freshmade NYC. In the past, she's developed recipes for major publications like Food Network and Saveur. She has also cooked at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival.
On this episode of Slice, Eliana will be teaching us how to make three recipes on the grill in just 20 minutes. Check out Eliana's chicken burger recipe below, and be sure to check out her website for more delicious inspiration!
