Kieron Christian Graham always knew he was adopted, but he never expected to find his birth brother attending the very same university as him at the exact same time.
Now 20-years-old, Kieron was adopted with three of his siblings when he was only 3-months-old. He and his siblings knew a lot about their birth families growing up. Their parents wanted to make sure they were always informed.
Kieron also knew that his birth mom had another child, Vincent, but that's about all he knew about the guy.
Recently, Kieron's parents bought him and his siblings Ancestry DNA kits. On December 15, 2017, Kieron got his results back, and he had a strong match to a 29-year-old man named Vincent Ghant.
Kieron quickly found Vincent on Facebook and decided to send him a message. The man had the same birthday as the documents Kieron had seen, so he was pretty sure he'd just found his birth brother.
"This is going to sound so wild… but I think you're my brother," Kieron wrote to Vincent.

Kieron shared his story on Twitter, where it quickly got a lot of attention.
Within just six days, the post had over 5,700 retweets and over 17,000 likes.
Within minutes, Vincent and Kieron both knew they'd found their true birth brothers.
Then, Kieron and Vincent decided to meet up.
Kieron was able to meet Vincent, his wife, and his baby girl.
He was so excited that he had a niece, he could barely contain himself.
He took pictures and videos of the little girl.
But the story wasn't over yet.
Kieron also found out that he had a younger brother he didn't know existed.
From there, he learned about his birth father's side of the family.
Kieron also said he'd been waiting for this moment his entire life, and he couldn't believe that it was finally all coming together.
Can you imagine what you would do if you learned your long-lost brother finally found you?
It's obviously been an emotional rollercoaster for everyone involved, but it's all been going positively.
How crazy is this amazing story?
Kieron isn't the only one whose life is changing this holiday season!
Kieron has now met his brother, his sister-in-law, his niece, another brother, his birth mother, his birth father, and yet another brother!
