Dads can be some of the goofiest people around. The phrase "dad joke" exists for a reason!
When this dad and daughter took to the dance floor during her wedding reception, it starts as a sweet moment between a man who's giving away his daughter so that she can start the second chapter of her life. I'm sure this has to be a bittersweet moment for all dads. It can be difficult to watch your little ones grow up and away from you, but it's also such a rewarding experience to watch your child make her own life.
As they dance to a touching slow song, they smile at each other and share a conversation that we can't hear. Who knows what they're talking about, maybe fond memories from her childhood, or maybe they're talking about how well the ceremony went. Or, they may be talking about a secret they've been hiding up their sleeves for quite some time now.
Right in the middle of their dance, the music stops. They stop moving and look around at their guests, confused. Then, when the music starts up again, this is definitely not the same song that was playing over the speakers before. No sir.
But this dad and daughter duo have a plan to go with the flow. Just look at this father's face, he's so happy that his daughter is having a fun time on her special day!
