We've all heard the story of the frog prince, a royal stuck in the body of a slimy frog until a fair maiden comes along and gives him a kiss.
Well, this isn't quite like that, but this woman did save this bullfrog from a nasty fate. And after she did save him? He had a thing or two to say to her.
In the summertime, my parents often find little frogs in the pool. They do everything they can to help animals get out of the pool, and leave planks leading from the water to the deck in multiple spots around the edge. But, sometimes, little frogs still end up in the filter.
So, when this woman spotted a huge bullfrog swimming around in her pool, she did what she had to do, and grabbed it out of the water.
That's when she noticed that this little guy was saying something to her.
As she pets his head, he seems to be shouting out "Mom! Mom! Mom!" While her friend films, afraid of the harmless creature, the woman in the blue suit can't stop laughing.
Then, at the very end, this amphibian makes a shockingly mammalian noise that makes both of these women laugh out loud. I, too, was laughing out loud at my desk as I watched this!
This frog was able to hop happily back away into nature after this encounter, unharmed by the pool.
