YouTube user Ben Schmidt has created a poignant video that is sure to bring you to tears! He filmed himself saying one word a day for a year and strung them all together to create a beautiful message about the passage of time. The end result is truly amazing.
Throughout the mesmerizing time-lapse video, his clothes and haircut, along with the backgrounds, change as he films. When he strings the 365 words together, he leaves everyone with an amazing reflection about time.
"New revelations — big and small — change our opinions, how we act, and sometimes our very outlook on life. Seemingly small decisions can change our lives forever by giving us opportunities to make new friends, change career paths, and maybe even fall in love," he says in the video.
"On the inside a lot can change in our minds and in our hearts. The passing of a year doesn't only make us one year older but one year wiser as well."
