I love how pets will just get so caught up in play that they don't even really recognize anything else going on around them. It's just totally innocent play that completely consumes them. Watching them play like this is fun, but interacting with them is even better — especially when you have a remote control in your hand and a robot toy at the other end willing to do your bidding.
We've posted videos of Maymo the lemon beagle (and his sister Penny) before, but the adorable pooch just released his latest hilarious round of play time, so we thought we would share it with you right away.
In the video, you'll see as Maymo, the adventurous, rowdy pup, is facing down a virtual army of angry robot toys! As the toys begin their slow approach toward him, Maymo jumps around, barks, and plans his counterattack.
It's all in good fun, of course, and Maymo sure knows how to have a good time. At first it looks like he's a little confused (and maybe a little scared) by the robot attackers, but before long he's weaving in and out, getting his puppy revenge, grabbing them with his teeth, and absconding with the offending cars and robots.
"Using his signature ninja agility skills and combat strategy," the YouTube video description says, "Maymo knocks off each robot, until the enemy is vanquished."
It's an adorable minute-and-fifteen-seconds that dog lovers (and especially fans of Maymo and Penny) will absolutely get a kick out of.
