Dogs aren't the only pets who love babies. In fact, when babies and cats get along, it's the most beautiful thing. (I'm obsessed with this cuddly cat who makes his baby brother laugh.)
It's so great to see animals, especially cats, who don't always have a lot of patience, behaving so sweetly around babies. Get ready to fall in love!
In the following video, a one-year-old baby is clearly enamored by the family cat. The friendly feline babysits the little toddler but is clearly ready for a quick cat nap after a day of playing.
As the cat lays down on the ground and begins to close her eyes, the baby takes notice. This caring child grabs her warm blanket and puts it on the cat. The little girl makes sure the cat is all tucked in and even rocks her to sleep. The patient cat doesn't seem to mind and allows the baby to complete the bedtime ritual.
Finally, when the baby is satisfied that the cat is ready for sleepy time, she puts her head down on the cat's belly and falls asleep, too! It's great to see this baby and kitty get along so well. This cat's bond with the little girl is beyond precious, and these two definitely have a life of fun ahead of them.
