Superstar Pink finally received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and she brought her whole adorable family with her to the unveiling.
Pink accepted her star on February 5. She wore an amazing outfit, and her family was right there by her side, looking so proud. Pink was surrounded by her husband Carey Hart, her 7-year-old daughter Willow, and her 2-year-old son Jameson.
Pink's star sits right next to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's and Jackie Chan's stars, according to Variety.
"This is surreal," Pink said during her acceptance speech. "It has been a trip lately thinking back over the course of this career I've somehow managed to have. I signed my first record deal 23 years ago… and I'm only 23½ so that's crazy."
To be clear, she is 39 and a jokester.
"Today for me is a celebration of something that my dad taught me," she continued. "And that is 'to thine own self be true.'"
On Tuesday, Pink accepted her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It was a huge moment for her and her family.
She brought her husband, Carey Hart, a former motocross star. Pink and Carey shared a huge smooch onstage.
Their daughter Willow and son Jameson were also in attendance. Both kids wore adorable little rocker outfits.
Jameson's leather jacket and boots were so cute! Swoon.
Pink shared a video on Instagram of herself twirling around in her dress — which, by the way, was epic. Her whole outfit was On. Point.
Other people showed up to watch Pink accept her star, too, like Ellen DeGeneres and Kerri Kenney-Silver.
Pink's acceptance speech was both emotional and humorous.
"This is surreal. It has been a trip lately thinking back over the course of this career I’ve somehow managed to have. I signed my first record deal 23 years ago… and I’m only 23½ so that’s crazy," she joked.
She continued:
“It’s been two decades and it’s been meaningful and it’s been awesome. Today for me is a celebration of something that my dad taught me. And that is ‘to thine own self be true.’”
“There is a power in believing in yourself — you may not be the best that ever did it, you may not be the prettiest or the tallest or the funniest or the most talented… if you’re stubborn and you don’t give up and you work really hard — no one else can ever be you.”
"Today is an absolute honor. Today proves that," she said.
She then went on to thank her supporters, saying, "Thank you to my fans — you guys make it matter. Thank you for coming."
"My husband — he’s so cute. He’s my muse and if he didn’t piss me off all the time I’d have not much to say," she said. "I wouldn’t be standing up here if it wasn’t for you. Never change."
She continued, "My children — you guys are my stars and I would never shine without you.”
Pink's supporters couldn't be happier for her on her special day. Celebrities and fans alike chimed in on her Instagram post to congratulate her.
Ellen DeGeneres, who uses a Pink song as the theme of her talk show, made a speech in honor of her pal.
Kerri Kenney-Silver said of her friend, "She shows up — in the biggest way imaginable."
Carey shared some behind-the-scenes photos of his wife on Instagram, too.
"Such a cool experience watching wifey get her star on Hollywood walk. Proud of you baby," he wrote.
Everyone is proud of this rockin' lady. Congratulations, Pink!
