When it comes to singing the national anthem, there have been a plethora of performers who have sung their hearts out and tried their hand at making this song their own. Take John Legend's amazing performance of the national anthem, for a good example.
However, Chloe and Halle Bailey’s performance of the national anthem was like no other rendition I’ve ever heard before. Two weeks ago, they graced the stage of BET Experience’s Sprite Celebrity Awards, and they brought the house down.
With every knockout harmony and graceful pause they included in their rendition, it was truly incredible to listen to.
Both in their teens, Chloe and Halle were both born in Atlanta, and later moved with their family to Los Angeles in order to pursue their music careers. They’ve gathered attention through their YouTube channel, singing dynamic covers with millions of views.
Chloe and Halle are known for their skillful and enchanting voices, but may also be known for being recent signee’s to Beyonce’s Parkwood Entertainment as well.
With such talent and utter poise, this dynamic duo is influential and empowering to young women to do what they love and to do it with confidence.
