Traveling can be extremely stressful, especially for parents of young children.
Fortunately, there are some wonderful people out there who are willing to take that extra step to make life a little bit better for traveling families.
One such case is the incredibly heartwarming story that started in the most unexpected of places — a rental car agency!
Coty Vincent walked into Enterprise Rent-A-Car with her twin boys expecting to go through the typical motions. She'd choose a car, decide whether insurance was necessary, and be on her way.
What she got instead was an unexpected helping hand and a renewed faith in the kindness of strangers!
Vincent was so thrilled with her experience that she posted about it on social media, but that wasn't the end of the amazing kindness headed her way.

Coty Vincent and her twin babies arrived to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car under unfortunate circumstances.
She had been the victim of a hit-and-run and needed to pick up a rental car.
The twins — Holt and Levi — were only 11 months old at the time.
Without a stroller to wheel them around in, Vincent had to hold one of her sons during the rental process.
To Vincent's surprise, John, the Enterprise employee she was working with, offered to hold the little one.
It turns out, John was a twin himself!
Vincent was ecstatic about her service that day and shared the cute photo of John and her baby on Facebook.
"One of the most compassionate and caring people I've ever met," Vincent wrote on Facebook.
"We need more people like John who go that extra step. Be a John."
Noticing that the post was picking up traction, Vincent decided to share her story on the popular Facebook page, Love What Matters.
The incredible photo then went absolutely viral, receiving nearly 125,000 likes.
Needless to say, people everywhere were thrilled with this small act of kindness.
Enterprise's social media team took notice of the Facebook post and decided to take this story another step further.
They announced that they had purchased a double stroller for Vincent and her boys, and, of course, gave John a reward for his excellent customer service.
"During such a time of heartbreak and tragedy, for this light to shine through like it has, it's been phenomenal," Vincent told the Tulsa World in an interview.
"I'm at a point where I'm speechless now about how far it's gone in two days."
John's small act of kindness, as well as Enterprise's generous gesture, made a huge difference in the life of this mother. What a true inspiration to people everywhere!
