Ariza Weber was only 5 years old when she became a hero and saved her mother's life.
It was the day of her birthday in 2008.
Jessica Weber was showering her daughter with love, when she suddenly began to have a seizure.
Just like Elleemae Addison who called 911 when her mom had an epileptic seizure, Ariza quickly reached for the phone.
"She was flopping on her bed," the Arizona girl explained to dispatcher DeeDee Doering.
When the dispatcher asked if this ever happened to her mother before, Ariza said, "She had two before and the last time, she took a pill."
Doering said she was impressed by Ariza's composure and ability to express herself thoroughly. (The unbelievable phone call can be heard below.)
At the one-minute mark we also learn that Ariza knew to call 911 right away thanks to a movie she's watched. It taught Ariza to call 911 "when you're sick or something."
Had Ariza not called for help, her mother said she could've easily stopped breathing and died.
While the incident shows how brave the little girl is, it also proves how important it is for children to know what to do in case of such an emergency.
