A 5-year-old Beyoncé fan is gaining recognition after her special dance was shared on YouTube.
The young girl, Teya, performed to "Let's Live Together," a song by Kush featuring words from Nigerian novelist Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. The latter was also heard on Beyoncé's "Flawless."
"Beyoncé inspired little Teya to be a dancer and she uses her moves to make the message come alive," the video's caption reads. "The song, with it's [sic] message of people having to try to live together in peace despite their differences was originally produced for Nigeria, but its message is so relevant around the world in these times."
Like the young girl who passionately danced to Aretha Franklin’s "Respect," little Teya is a sight to see. Just watch her move at the :26 mark!
Teya's routine was even noticed by Beyoncé herself. The superstar, who often acknowledges her fans (who could forget the time she sang "Halo" for patients at a Singapore hospital?), shared Teya's video on her Facebook page.
Many fans praised the little girl for her talent, including one who wrote, "Fantastic she really has her moves down. You go young lady."
Another commenter pointed out another memorable part of the routine: "And her facial expression…priceless."
