Pit bulls come with a bad reputation that leaves countless people with the assumption that all members of this breed are inherently aggressive, problematic, difficult to train, and just bad dogs in general.
For whatever reason, these dogs have been singled out as bloodthirsty monsters, when in reality it should be noted and noted again that it's never the breed that's the problem, but actually the human who raised them.
While there have been cases of pit bull attacks, that's only because the dog was raised in horrible conditions, abused, or even bred to attack. Yet the media will have you believe that only Pit Bulls bite and we should all watch out for these "aggressive" dogs.
So when Maria Sanchez came across one of these "aggressive" animals, she decided to do some of her own investigating before believing what the shelter was saying. And when she finally got the attention of this nervous guy, his big beautiful eyes pretty much say it all, don't they?
"You're just scared!" Maria says to the beautiful pit bull before finally managing to coax him to come closer.
Thankfully, this pup managed to get himself adopted by a loving family, and we're happy to say that this "aggressive" dog has finally found the "forever home" that he deserves!
