This ancient dance, simply known as "Calusarii" by the Romanian people, is an intricate and exhausting dance that combines jumping, running, twisting, and dancing. But to make this performance even more impressive, these men are expected to sing and cry out while they're going through their steps.
It's hard enough to dance with such precision, but to do all of that while singing and yelling? It's no wonder why this dance is held in such high esteem in its native country!
The tradition started as a dance from a mysterious Romanian fraternal secret society not unlike the Freemasons. This sacred dance leaves the impression that these men are zooming and flying through the air much like galloping horses, and when you watch their amazing performance you'll easily see why.
The amount of leg strength these men have is truly impressive. Throughout the entire video, they're on the floor one second, only to be flying through the air in the very next frame. Not only did they perform this perfectly in synch with each other, but they all managed to pull it off without passing out from sheer exhaustion.
