Back in 2007, Bon Jovi performed a stripped-down rendition of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" — and it's been seen by more than 20 million people ever since! He sings it with such emotion, it's hard not to tear up and press repeat over and over and over again.
It seems every performer likes to put their own spin on the classic song, like when Celine Dion sang it with the Canadian Tenors (much to the crowd's surprise). Bon Jovi's version is more raw but just as compelling. It doesn't hurt that the song and its lyrics are pure genius.
This is my new favorite version of "Hallelujah."
