She Whispers A Secret Into Her Baby’s Ear. But What He Does 30 Years Later? I’m CRYING!

I remember reading this book when I was a little kid, but it never made me "feel" anything. As a child, I would look at the book, but I have the clearest memory of my grandmother tearing up as she read it out loud. I was always confused as to how a book could make anyone cry!

Years passed and this book hid away in my memories. But then, a few years ago, I came across it again and all of these memories came flooding back to me. Like a dam that broke, I flipped through the pages, and suddenly found tears streaming down my face.

Love You Forever is a Canadian picture book written by Robert Munsch in 1986. It tells us a tale as old as time, the ever-evolving relationship between a boy and his mother. The book was actually written by Munsch after he and his wife had two stillborn babies. He wrote the book as a way to grieve for his lost children. Since then, they've become adoptive parents of three and share the strong bonds between parents and their children.

But watching this video, along with hearing the heartbreaking music from Forrest Gump playing in the background, I was taken back to all the things my mother did for me. All the sacrifices she made, the love she gave, and the sweet words of encouragement she gave me.

To all of the mothers out there, this book is a priceless reminder of everything you've done for your children. Though we'll never be able to properly say it enough, your children will all love you forever!

Make sure to watch the video below, and be honest, can you actually manage to view the whole thing without crying? I was bawling like a baby two minutes into it!

And please SHARE this beautiful video with everyone you love!
