Imagine you were sitting in the park on a beautiful day in mid-May. You're sitting in the shade of a large tree, the sun peaking in and out of its leaves as the wind wisps through them. A dog barks in the distance, an unknown bird sings into the pale blue sky, and you slowly begin to nod off into a peaceful sleep.
As your eyelids get heavier and heavier, you see a mother walk by pushing a stroller, then another, and another. One of the strollers looked like it only had a stuffed teddy bear in it, but you attribute that vision to nothing more than a dream.
Then you hear it: Pharrell Williams singing his famous song, "Happy."
You sit up and see the group of women dancing in unison, you're still unsure if this is a dream or not, but if it is, it sure is an incredible one! The mothers in this dance video are all members of a Strollerobics class that focuses on mothers and their children exercising together with the child in their stroller.
Not only does this seem like a great way to bond with your child, but it seems like a wonderful workout as well! What an amazing flashmob experience to wake up to!
