I'm that wedding guest who cries at every single ceremony, no matter how close I am to the couple.
Weddings can be such an emotional time for not just the bride and groom, but everyone involved. Yet if there's one person (besides me) who always seems to be filled with emotion for the new couple, it's dear old Dad.
As you can see in this touching video, the father of the bride can often have a hard time giving away his "little girl," who he wants nothing but the best for.
However, nothing can beat what happens in the following video, where one dad went above and beyond in his job of walking his daughter to her husband-to-be. The father in this precious video managed to combine comedy with a heartwarming surprise on his daughter's love special day by giving an impromptu speech to the groom in front of the entire church.
I didn't think it could get much sweeter than this special father/daughter dance video, but when this father starts explaining all the best qualities of his beautiful daughter and explains that something was missing from her life before she met her fiancé, I just broke down.
"You see that look on her face? I never saw that until she met you," Dad says to the groom. "Today I'm giving you the best thing I have to give. And I just wanted you to know before I do that, how hard me and God have worked to get her ready… Don't screw it up." Too funny. This groom has some big shoes to fill!
