Meet Penny, the Beagle who is trying her best to get her paws on this water bottle, but just can't seem to reach it.
I am not too sure what the attraction she has to this water bottle, but I can watch her try to get it all day long! I love her determination, I can tell this lady is not going to give up anytime soon!
