Meet MaryAnn, crowned Princess of Springhurst Pines. Coronated just yesterday, MaryAnn is new to her court — but no less beloved by her subjects!
"Wait… What country is Springhurst Pines in?" you might be wondering.
Why, the United States of course! You see, MaryAnn is a resident of a senior living facility called — you guessed it — Springhurst Pines. And every Valentine's Day the residents throw a party, during which they crown a king, queen, prince, and princess. And this year, MaryAnn was crowned princess!
Thrilled, MaryAnn asked her granddaughter to share her coronation. "She asked if I would please show all the 'Reddit People'!" said Reddit user and proud granddaughter Jennthemermaid. And of course, the online community was thrilled, and MaryAnn's story is circling far and wide.
