He Grabs Chalk Before His Students Enter The Classroom. What They See? Amazing!!

Teachers are some of the world's most amazing people. They're often underpaid, overworked, and give their all to shape the minds of children and teenagers every single day. That's why it's even more amazing when one of them goes above and beyond the call of duty to do something inspiring and special for his or her students.

One Reddit user, Nate100100, is doing just that. A middle school art teacher in Wyoming, Nate100100 recently posted a gallery of images that gathering the inspirational creations he shows his students every single morning when they arrive in his classroom.

Hoping to spark their creativity and see that even the simplest of tools can create beautiful art, Nate100100 makes elaborate chalkboard drawings for his students.

As you can see by the gallery of images below, sometimes his drawings are in color and sometimes they're simply white chalk on a black chalkboard. Sometimes they're elaborate and sometimes they're more simple. But they're always amazing.

Nate100100 even uses his chalkboard art to illustrate different art concepts like shading and composition.

"There is something kind of nice about knowing that it will be erased," Nate100100 writes on Reddit. "I don't fret over supplies, paper, whether or not I should keep it… Kids see it and then it disappears."

"I don't really have a favorite thing that I draw. I try to mix it up as much as possible. I have never really nailed down any particular style."

"One of my students came in during my planning time to observe me making the phoenix drawing," Nate100100 told LittleThings. "I was trying something new with the chalk by painting dust and water onto the board with a brush. She was amazed with the process so I let her make her own drawing on the other half of the board."

"The kids usually like to photograph the pictures or draw their own things on the board next to my work. I made the captions [on these drawings], actually."

"It isn't something that I do every day. Just when I have the free time or when a new topic is being presented. I'm not really sure how many I have made. I have commissioned some artwork in the past, but teaching is my career."
