Sacramento Catholic School Expels 3 Kids Because Their Mom Sells Adult Photos Online

Moms get judged for a lot of things. Sometimes it's by other moms; sometimes it's by teachers and school officials. In Crystal Jackson's situation, a lot of people seem to be judging her without knowing her story.

The 44-year-old mom was shocked to find out other parents at her children's Catholic school brought one of her methods of income to the attention of school officials. Her three children were students at Sacred Heart Parish School in Sacramento, California. Parents told the school that Crystal had an OnlyFans account. The adult content platform lets people sell all kinds of content to interested parties.

Crystal was selling tasteful, suggestive photos of herself on the site. It was within the confines of her marriage, and naturally, her kids were unaware. It's for this reason she was so annoyed that not only did other people feel it was their place to weigh in, but her children were being punished for it.

Crystal Jackson is a mom unlike any other. She loves her three sons and worked hard to do the best by them, alongside her husband, Chris. They were in many ways a completely average family.

Crystal's three kids attended Sacred Heart Parish School in Sacramento, California. After a targeted effort by other parents, however, Crystal's kids have been expelled. The reason has nothing to do with them.

It was a little over a year ago when Crystal and Chris found themselves in a tough spot in their marriage. To add some excitement back into the mix, Crystal took a suggestive photo and shared it on Reddit. There, users encouraged her to start an OnlyFans account.

"I was missing that intimacy we had, and a lot of it was because I was going through menopause," she told People.

Crystal was doubtful anyone would be interested in a mom's pictures, but she found otherwise. She shared risqué pictures, with only about 20% to 30% being tasteful nude photos. She also wrote sexy stories to go along with the photos. It turned out to be a recipe for success.

"The first month was $14,000 and we were like, 'What!?'" Crystal recalled. Today, she and Chris make as much as $150,000 a month on the site.

"It's a way that I can work on our intimacy and I can live out my fantasies. In doing these pictures, it gives you the self-confidence where I'm like, 'I do feel sexy again,'" she explained.

"It has made our relationship so much more better in the intimacy part and the bond of our marriage has gotten stronger."

Crystal uses a pseudonym on the site, so there was no way for anyone in real life to find her. As it happened, some local dads from her children's school did. Soon, their wives found out, and Crystal quickly learned they were completely outraged about it.

Over the summer, they decided to take some of Crystal's images and send them to the school's principal. They also sent copies to the diocese. It was at this point that Crystal was told her children could not return.

"Your apparent quest for high profile controversy in support of your adult website is in direct conflict with what we hope to impart to our students," the email she was sent reads, per CBS 13.

"We, therefore, require that you find another school for your children and have no further association with ours," it continued. The school principal, who sent the email, declined to comment.

"Their whole strategy from day one was, 'I'm gonna take you down,'" Crystal told People.

"It was gut-wrenching, having them send my photos to school saying, 'This is disgusting and this is gross,'" she continued.

"I don't put my site out there. You have to look for it. It's also not hurting anyone, and none of their business."

Crystal has been able to keep the details of the situation from her kids, but it's still awkward and upsetting for them. She and Chris have looked into other schools but feel their kids will ultimately be enrolled in public school.

"Our goal is to put them back in Catholic school but I don't see that happening. They won't allow them in this diocese, and is this really the place for them to be? It's clear that they said we don't want you," she noted.

The fallout from the videos continues as another parent who has connections to the videos, athletic director Richard Levin, has been fired from his job. His two children have also been expelled from the school. As far as the other parents are concerned, both Crystal and Richard have only themselves to blame.

"[She] has put us all in the difficult position of having to explain to our young sons and daughters why a mother in their community would choose to become a sex worker and sell her body," an unidentified parent commented.
