Tori Spelling And Dean McDermott Want To Divorce But Can’t Because Of Cash, Kids, And Pets

Multiple publications have insinuated or outright stated for months that Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are on the brink of divorce. A new report put out by The Sun implies that the two would be divorced already — if they could afford it.

Tori and Dean share a lot of responsibilities, and it seems that the cost of figuring out how to take care of those responsibilities and possibly one another is what is keeping the couple together.

The source explains, "Dean wants to file — he just can't afford it." The person goes on to add that the two are just kind of stuck.

"Tori and Dean are totally stuck together right now. Neither of them can afford to go through divorce proceedings."

The source also directly pointed out where most of the responsibilities lie. "They have five kids and a ton of pets. Their home is always a disaster — it's just a total mess. Right now divorce isn't on the horizon because they can't swing it financially. They are in a living nightmare."

The source goes on to note that Dean's recent work trip to Canada was great for both of them: "He was happy to be going away and he was ready to be done with his marriage when he returned." But it seems that the reality hit hard when he got home because of "bills that had piled up. And a lot of those bills are in part because they have so many pets."

To make matters worse, the publication quotes the source as saying they have a lot of fights about the pets themselves: "They don’t share a bedroom. They are sort of stuck. He financially can’t afford to really move out right now."

The two have appeared to court rumors of their impending split for months. They have both been photographed without wedding bands, and Tori left Dean out of the family's holiday card last Christmas, ostensibly because he was in Canada working.
