Chrissy Teigen is no stranger to stirring up controversy online, whether she actually means to or not. It seems her latest offense is pretty innocent, but that hasn't stopped plenty of people from getting mad just the same.
So what did Chrissy do this time? She took a bath with her children! Who are only 5 and 3 years old! That doesn't seem like the biggest, most terrible thing in the world, but alas: The internet is not happy.
To be fair, people on the internet actually have a few different critiques of Chrissy's new photo:
- It's inappropriate!!! to be in the bathtub with her 3-year-old son.
- It should be private!! because she shares too much.
- How dare she wear makeup!! while in the tub.
Chrissy shared the photo a full five days before the publish date of this post, and she has since shared plenty more photos that have undoubtedly bothered someone, somewhere, so it doesn't seem like she's sweating these comments too much.
In the days that have lapsed between now and then, it seems like Chrissy has been vibing. She seems to have recently celebrated the birthdays of both Mia Farrow's son Ronan and Juliet Liu.
She's also been busy allegedly practicing making cookies for Santa, though we can likely all safely assume she doesn't need any practice at that at all. A quick scroll through the comments shows a handful of oddball one-offs and even someone who says they can verify Chrissy's account if only she DMs them. (Spoiler: Chrissy is verified.)
Chrissy has also been plugging her latest product, the extremely cozy-looking Teddy Robe, which appears to be approved by all members of her family. I don't know where she got the audacity to create such a perfect-looking robe, but I am currently accepting donations for the $98 price tag, please and thank you!
