Oliver Hudson Has Moved His Wife And Kids In With Goldie Hawn And Kurt Russell

Oliver Hudson isn't afraid of a little extended family bonding.

Of course, if your mom was Goldie Hawn, you probably wouldn't mind it either. It's no secret that Goldie and partner Kurt Russell enjoy close relationships with Goldie's kids, Oliver and Kate Hudson.

Those relationships also extend to their grandchildren, some of whom are living with the couple right now. Oliver recently revealed to E's Daily Pop that he and his family have moved in with Goldie and Kurt while their home undergoes some work. Having wife Erinn and their kids — 14-year-old Wilder, 10-year-old Bodhi, and 8-year-old Rio — under the same roof as his parents has been a blast for the actor.

Oliver Hudson and his family are having fun staying with Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell as their house undergoes some work.

"We're remodeling the house, and instead of renting a place I'm like, 'Yeah, let's just go back home,'" he told E's Daily Pop.

"So I am living with Mom and Dad, kids are here, my son is literally over that shoulder right now."

While that might be cramped quarters for some, Oliver and his family are loving it.

"Yeah, it's great," Oliver shared.

"Breakfast is made; Mom makes biscuits and gravy and eggs. It's actually — there's a chance we won't leave, I'll tell you that."

Oliver has been sharing a lot of fun family experiences, recalling childhood road trips with Goldie and Kate in a March 2021 interview with People.

"My mom was — is — bad*ss," Oliver said.

"We did a bunch of road trips, honestly. There are a couple in particular that are very memorable just because we were young. We were in the Southwest just cruising around in her van, and it just felt free."

"We didn't have all of what we have today, and we weren't stopping and watching television," he continues.

"It was just this freedom of being out in the world with nothing but us and the wilderness and nature."

Their favorite road trip tunes? Some George Michael.

"Faith had just come out, and I was obsessed with the album. So I played it until the tape literally melted," he recalled.

Oliver has been enjoying giving his kids a taste of what his own childhood was like.

"I went to elementary school up here," Oliver added.

"I actually took my kids out of school five years ago in L.A. and took them up here to live in the mountains and have some independence and some freedom. It's a really special place for sure."
