Barry Morphew’s Daughters Believe He Is Completely Innocent In Their Mother’s Death

Barry Morphew has appeared in a television interview for the first time since the charges he faced in wife Suzanne Morphew's presumed death were dropped.

Investigators asked a judge to dismiss the first-degree murder charges against Barry in April 2022, though they were dismissed without prejudice. This leaves the door open for investigators to charge him again should evidence point to him in the investigation. Barry was believed to be responsible for the murder of Suzanne, his wife of 32 years who disappeared after going on a bike ride in her Colorado neighborhood on Mother's Day 2020.

Just weeks after those charges were dropped, Barry sat down with Good Morning America for an interview. By his side showing their continued support were the couple's two young adult daughters, Mallory and Macy.

"We've been silent for a long time and we've decided that we finally want to break the silence," said daughter Mallory Morphew.

"It's been an emotional roller coaster, but we feel like we can finally take our first steps in healing, which is a blessing. And we just know our dad better than anyone else and we know he was not involved in our mom's disappearance."

"We want to heal," Mallory continued.

"We feel like we haven't been able to heal these past two years."

Mallory and Macy did not share whether they believe their mother is still alive, as no body has been found. Barry says they are still intent on searching for her.

"I love my girls, and I love my wife, and I just want her to be found," he said.

"And we're never going to stop looking for our mom," Mallory added.
