Halle Berry’s Child Support Payments Were Cut In Half, But She Still Pays $8K Per Month

A source close to Halle Berry has revealed that the John Wick star and her ex, Gabriel Aubry, negotiated new child support payments only weeks after she took to Instagram to complain about the $16,000 a month she has been obligated to pay.

The Blast reported that Halle's payments were lowered to $8,000. She was also to pay Gabriel a retroactive amount of $85,000 and was to continue to pay her daughter's school tuition and her health insurance.

The pair's original agreement was based on their respective incomes at the time. In 2012, Halle earned $4.7 million versus Gabriel's $192,291. The new agreement was likely based on their incomes at that time.

In that vein, Halle announced at the end of 2020 that she was returning to work. She currently has two sci-fi/fantasy projects in the pipeline: Moonfall and The Mothership.
