Little Girl Goes Door-To-Door Claiming She Needs A Job Until Cop Finally Follows Her Trail

It’s certainly not every day that a little girl comes knocking on your door inquiring if you have any jobs for her to do.

In this video story from Wonderbot, it was a normal summer day when a 4-year-old girl was walking along Oak Street going door-to-door asking strangers if they had a job for her. The young girl was wearing an old shirt and slippers as she made her way around the neighborhood.

The sun was shining around 7 in the morning on a Saturday when she came to a house that was blasting music and still had people inside from a party the night before. She knocked on the door and was met with a man with a long beard.

“Hi, I’m Abigail. Do you have a job for me?” she boldly asked the stranger. He told the little girl that he wasn’t interested and she ventured on to the next house.

The next door she knocked on happened to belong to an older woman named Grandma Betty. When Abigail asked her that same question, Betty immediately felt her heart melt. When she told her that little girls are too young to work, Abigail then divulged that her mother told her she needed to go out and work to get money.

Grandma Betty invited Abigail inside for some freshly baked cookies and milk. While Abigail sat down to enjoy her snack, Betty decided to call the police and tell them about the situation.

A few moments later, an officer named Melvin Johnson arrived on the scene. When Grandma Betty invited him in to chat with Abigail, who had been watching television, she was nowhere to be found.
