No Topic Is Off Limits To Amber Rose’s 9-Year-Old Son Including Mom’s Work On OnlyFans

Every parent tackles talking to their children about difficult topics differently. Some choose never to discuss hard things with their kids, leaving them to fend for themselves. Model and rapper Amber Rose takes a much different approach.

Amber appeared on the February 7, 2023, episode of Emily Ratajkowski's podcast, High Low With EmRata, and revealed her straightforward approach to handling difficult conversations. She is an open book to her 9-year-old son, even talking about her work on OnlyFans with him.

Amber gave Emily advice. "Don't be scared," Amber said. "These kids, if they don't learn from you, they're going to learn from TikTok and Instagram." Google can be a mom’s worst nightmare.

Amber went on to say to Emily: "You're famous. Your son, by the time he's 5, he's going to start Googling you and seeing everything. If you don't have those conversations … "

Emily has a 23-month-old son named Sylvester Apollo, whom she shares with ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard. Her work as an actor and model have often resulted in her being naked in photo shoots, movies, and more. She famously appeared in the controversial music video for the song “Blurred Lines” by Robin Thicke, T.I., and Pharrell Williams.

Amber has two children. She shares Sebastian Taylor Thomaz with ex-husband Wiz Khalifa, whom she was married to from 2013 to 2014. She shares Slash Electric Alexander Edwards with ex Alexander Edwards. Amber previously worked as an exotic dancer before gaining fame as Kanye West’s girlfriend.

Amber is honest with her son Sebastian about how she makes a living. "Somebody told him, 'Your mom is on OnlyFans. And I was during the pandemic. I had to work. I had a whole conversation with him about it," she revealed.

"I also said that, whoever told him that, their parents are ignorant. Obviously he got it from his parents … I just explained everything to him. Like, when it comes to women, you have to let women do what they need to do to support their families. You want to go to a nice school? Six Flags? Universal? Travel? Mommy has to make money," Amber went on to say.

Amber is equally honest about her past with her son. “He knows that I was a stripper years ago. I feel like I desensitized — instead of him finding out when he's 20,” Amber said.

"Ultimately, in the grand scheme of things, when my son is 20, 30 years old, he's not gonna be like, 'Mom I hate you because you were a stripper before I was born.' It's just the dumbest [expletive]. I don't understand how people think it's a big deal,"
