Lisa Marie Presley’s Twins Sign Document Naming Michael Lockwood Their Guardian Ad Litem

Lisa Marie Presley's ex-husband Michael Lockwood has officially been awarded full custody of the pair's twins, Finley and Harper Lockwood. A Los Angeles judge gave Michael custodial rights and named him the girl's guardian ad litem in a court hearing on April 13, 2023.

Finely and Harper signed a document affirming that they wanted their father to have the ability to represent their interests in court and otherwise.

Michael first filed a petition to be named guardian ad litem in March 2023, two months after Lisa Marie Presley unexpectedly died. In that filing, he wrote in part, "The minor is a beneficiary of a trust at issue before the probate court in the above referenced case."

He continued, "The minor requires appointment of a guardian ad litem to represent her interests in the proceeding. There is no conflict regarding appointment because the proposed guardian is not a beneficiary of the trust instrument at issue."
