As a parent, it can be difficult to give up that sense of control when your child goes off to school on their own each day. But there is often such a reward that comes from learning that you raised a really awesome kid.
This video posted by Wonderbot shares the story of how a young man’s parents were growing concerned when they noticed that their son didn’t want anyone going near his backpack before school. When his dad decided to take a look inside and found it full of diapers, he couldn’t help but wonder what was really happening in his son’s life.
Caleb was the son of caring parents, Noah and Jessica. They had always given their son the benefit of the doubt, but things had been going in a strange direction with their son’s constant secrecy, so they decided to take things into their own hands.
After a couple of weeks, Noah had enough of Caleb’s evasiveness and decided to pay a visit to his son’s school and teachers to see if they knew what he was up to.
When he spoke to one of Caleb’s teachers, she was very understanding of the situation but couldn’t tell Noah about anything that she’d noticed with his backpack. However, she did note that Caleb had routinely been late for school the past couple of weeks.

Noah eventually discovered that his son’s backpack was full of diapers every morning, but by the end of the day when he arrived back home, the backpack was completely empty.
