Tom Brady is celebrating his 46th birthday in Africa! And, to top it off, he has a little companion with him. The retired NFL star took his 10-year-old daughter, Vivian, on the excursion with him. He shares Vivian, along with son, 13-year-old Benjamin, with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen. He also has an older son, 15-year-old Jack, that he shares with his ex Bridget Moynahan.
This is Tom's first birthday since retiring from the NFL and finalizing his divorce from Gisele. And he shared a glimpse into the trip earlier this week via Instagram.
Tom showed photos of him and his daughter in Tanzania via his Instagram story. They checked out some big cats and had fun with some zebras. According to Vivian, zebras are her dad's favorite animals. In one story, there was a handwritten message in the sand from the 10-year-old, reading, "My dad loves zebras."
In June, Tom shared that he had a lot of travel plans with his kids. They took a trip to Disneyland that same month, and he also shared they had a two-week trip planned to Brazil with their mom.

"These kids have a really good summer lined up," he said. "It's interesting because there's so much attached to their friends with their devices and so forth. But I think it's always a balance between letting them do those things and staying connected with people from Boston and from Tampa and from Costa Rica and from Brazil."
