Stranger Drags Boy From Yard But His Sister Uses Their Parents’ Lesson To Thwart Evil Plan

Every parent teaches their kids to be aware of stranger danger. The hope is that those messages sink in and kids will be able to use them, should they ever need them.

In 2019, a big sister helped get herself and her brother out of a seriously dangerous situation. Julianne, 11, was playing outside her Cleveland home with her 6-year-old brother, Hayden, when they were approached by a stranger.

The 30-something man started mumbling in their direction, but the siblings couldn't make out what he was saying. At first, they didn't think much of it and just continued having fun as he walked away.

Moments later, the man returned — and this time, he suddenly grabbed Hayden's hand and began yanking him away from the front yard.

Julianne knew in her gut that this was indeed an attempted abduction and she needed to save her brother. She tapped into her quick thinking and took even quicker action.

Because of his big sister's heroic intervention, Hayden was saved from a possibly horrible fate that day.

Once their dad Joshua learned what had just taken place, he bolted outside, saw the suspect walking down the street and called out to him in a state of fury — but the man got away before Joshua could catch up.

But Julianne wasn't done saving the day (and saving her community from another possible kidnapping attempt) … because she paid close attention to the man's appearance.
