In a shocking and disturbing incident in Florida, two women are facing serious allegations of child abuse and battery after being accused of treating a baby “like a toy” outside a bar. This incident, which occurred at around 1 a.m., was witnessed by onlookers, with many attempting to record what was happening.
The incident unfolded outside a bar in Daytona Beach, Florida, where witnesses were horrified to see two women, Brianna Lafoe, 19, and Sierrah Newell, 20, dressed in thong bikinis, apparently engaging in reckless and dangerous behavior with a baby. According to witnesses and police reports, the women were seen tossing the infant into the air, almost like a football.
Even more distressing, one of the women was seen holding the baby upside down by his ankle. The onlookers could hardly believe what they were witnessing, and thankfully many began to record the incident on their phones. In an interview with Inside Edition, one of the witnesses, Jahada Rasheed stated, “She was tossing the baby in the air, and it was aggressive, and it was pretty scary. What can you do? You can’t physically take the baby; you might harm it even more.”
The cameras outside captured the moment when another witness offered to take and hold the baby. Her offer was shot down quickly with the response, “I want you to mind your f—ing business!” When the police finally arrived, multiple witnesses quickly explained what was going on, hoping they would get the child to safety.
Store owner Sean Knapp’s security cameras next door captured everything that happened. He stated, “It almost looks like the poor child’s head hits the rail and just watching it, it tears your heart apart.” The consequences of this reckless and potentially dangerous behavior are deeply concerning.

According to the police, the baby may have suffered a broken arm as a result of the incident. The two women at the center of this incident, now face serious legal repercussions. Both have been charged with child abuse and battery.
