Kelsey Zwick was traveling from Orlando to Philadelphia with her 11-month-old daughter, Lucy. The multitasking mom preboarded the plane carrying her baby while lugging a stroller, diaper bag, and oxygen machine down the aisle.
It was little Lucy who was hooked up to the oxygen machine. She is one of Kelsey's twins who was born prematurely; the mother-daughter duo were actually on their way to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
But while Kelsey boarded the plane, she had no clue she was being watched closely by a fellow passenger.
A few minutes after Kelsey and Lucy had settled into their seats, they were approached by one of the flight attendants.

Apparently, a man seated at the front of the plane in 2D — a first-class seat — had a message for Kelsey.
She was so taken aback by the sudden change of plans that she broke down in tears. She collected all of their belongings and made her way up the aisle, crying.
Kelsey wanted to say something to the stranger in 2D, but by the time she reached the front of the plane, he was nowhere to be found.
